His areas of expertise include procedural, commercial, transport and consumer law.

He has many years of experience in court proceedings. He represents carriers in numerous proceedings before civil and administrative courts, Competition and Consumer Protection Court, before administration authorities (including the CAA Commission on Passengers' Rights, the Passenger Rights Department at the Office of Rail Transport). In particular, he conducts cases related with passenger claims management and he represents carriers in the process of appeal against decisions issued by public administration authorities in the field of breach of passenger rights.

He uses his vast experience in conducting negotiations with passengers and contractors.

He deals with corporate legal assistance. He provides comprehensive services related with registration and entries in the National Court Register. He advises entrepreneurs on their ongoing operations, including conclusion of commercial contracts and drafting internal regulations.

Before MMMLegal was established, he was Branch Director at Modzelewski and Partners Tax Studies Institute in Poznań. He also worked for various Polish and international law firms.
